Ian Lague

Ian Lague joined the Guttmacher Institute in 2024. His editorial work focuses on materials from the Research, Policy and Communications Divisions. Mr. Lague previously served as Managing Editor of Boston Review and as Director of Curriculum and Communications for RHEDI, an organization supporting abortion training in family medicine residencies across the United States. He received a BA in philosophy from Swarthmore College and an MS from Columbia Journalism School. He is coauthor, with Ronald Munson, of the medical ethics textbook Intervention and Reflection: Basic Issues in Bioethics, 10th edition.
