Cici Osias (she/her) joined the Guttmacher Institute in July 2023. Her areas of interest include sexual and reproductive health among LGBTQ+ populations, Black maternal mortality and reproductive justice. Prior to joining Guttmacher, Ms. Osias received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and French and Francophone studies at Brown University.
