The Guttmacher institute will participate at the Population Association of America (PAA) annual meeting in Washington, DC, on April 10–13, 2025. At the conference, demographers and social and health scientists will present their research in oral and poster sessions.
This year, Guttmacher is excited to be facilitating discussions, presenting with fellow researchers and giving poster talks on topics such as abortion in the United States since Roe v. Wade was overturned, sexual and reproductive health care for adolescents, and multiple factors impacting fertility patterns around the globe. We will also be presenting new cutting-edge models with partners in the Family Planning Impact Consortium, showing the impact of family planning on women’s social and economic well-being.
